Thomas H. Anderson Jr.

Tom H. Anderson, Jr. was the US Ambassador to Barbados, the Commonwealth of Dominica, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Barbuda, and St. Christopher and Nevis from 1984-1986.

He graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1968 and then worked for the Hancock Bank in Gulfport, Mississippi. From 1972 until his appointment as envoy to the Eastern Caribbean, he served as Administrative Assistant to the US House of Representatives Republican Whip Trent Lott, 5th District of Mississippi.

Following his appointment to the Eastern Caribbean, Ambassador Anderson was appointed Chief of Staff to Senator Trent Lott.

He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Team Washington, Inc.
