Ambassador Jeffrey Bleich Elected Chair of the Fulbright Association

The J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board elected Jeffrey L. Bleich as Chair and Dr. Emma Sepulveda as Vice Chair for 2017 at its annual election held November 17, 2016. The 12-member Board was established by the U.S. Congress and is appointed by the President of the United States to oversee the worldwide Fulbright Program, for which the Board selects participants and sets policies. Their one-year terms of office begin on January 1, 2017.
