Congratulations to Carissa Gonzalez and Megan Tetrick, the Council’s Davis Public Diplomacy Fellows for 2014-2015

Carissa Gonzalez, who most recently served as Deputy Public Affairs Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Montevideo, and Megan Tetrick, Political Officer for Internal Affairs and Human Rights in the Office of Russian Affairs, were selected as the 2014-2015 Davis Public Diplomacy Fellows.
