State Department ID Card Ceremony

On December 9, 2012, Director-General of the Foreign Service Linda Thomas-Greenfield presented members of the Council of American Ambassadors with retiree ID cards. These cards provide building access to the Department of State for former non-career U.S. Ambassadors.
