The Council of American Ambassadors was delighted to host the former Ambassador to the European Union, Gordon D. Sondland, for this exclusive event.

Ambassador Sondland was confirmed by the United States Senate in June 2018 and served as Ambassador to the E.U. until February 2020. During his service, Ambassador Sondland addressed issues regarding trade, energy, national security, defense, and agriculture. He discussed these along with other experiences in his role as Ambassador to the EU.
